Seven years of meticulous design and planning all came together on Monday March 26th, when James Cameron became the first human to make a solo trip to the deepest known point on earth - The Challenger Deep! More importantly though, he emerged safely seven hours later, complete with exciting photos and videos from this dark mysterious world that has previously been visited by only two humans!

While Brazil and Slovakia may be oceans apart, they appear to have a common vigilante - Batman. However, this is not the comic book superhero come to life and flying across continents, but two totally normal people who somehow seem to have hit on the brilliant idea, at the same time.

Most people don't live to see 100. Those that do can barely walk, let alone handle any strenuous activities. A few however, seem to be like the Energizer bunny - They keep going and going! First there was 100-year old marathon runner Fauja Singh and now, this 101-year old great great grandmother who seems to thrive on thrills.

Though parents always appear to be on top of things and have an answer for every question you may have, turns out that this is often times a facade. A recent survey of 2,000 parents in Britain revealed that they often dread science related questions posed to them by their curious children only because, they have no clue what the answer is.

It seems as though marathons and e-mail please are not enough to raise money for charity these days. First, there was the British teenager who 'biked' over water, now an Australian has begun a 2,500-mile trek across the country, dressed in full Stormtrooper armor.

B.A.S.E. Jumping, a sport where individuals strap themselves to a parachute and free-fall off a fixed object (Buildings, Antennas, Spans or Earth), is considered to be one of the world's most dangerous sports. On Saturday April 30th, Chilean stunt rider Julio Munoz, took it up a notch when he jumped off a 4,000-meter (13,123ft.) cliff in South America's Andes Mountains, whilst riding a motorbike.

Australian stunt biker, Cam Sinclair made history on June 27th when he became the first stunt biker to perform a double backflip in a freestyle competiton and only the third person in the world to ever have done one.
